Omik Babariya

Omik Babariya is a full-stack developer and quiz editor at Unihfy Games. His work spans both sides of the site: the code behind it and a large share of the words on it.

Quiz Arena is where most of his time goes. He writes the questions themselves, along with the answers, explanations and category placement, and decides how difficult each one should be. Writing a good quiz question is harder than it looks — it has to be unambiguous, checkable, and interesting to get wrong — and that judgement is the bulk of the work.

He has also worked on a number of the games here, building some and preparing others to run on the platform, and he writes the game details for the ones he has spent time with. Where a game came from another developer, that developer is credited on our game credits page.

On the editorial side, Omik writes the sports and entertainment articles — the pieces about fan behaviour, football and cricket, films and pop culture. They are lighter than the rest of the site on purpose, written for readers who want something to enjoy rather than a guide to follow.
